Pan-seared cod with pesto butter, yukon gold and leek gratin, asparagus, and a bercy sauce (gluten free)

Roasted garlic amaranth polenta with vegetable primavera and herb pesto (vegan and gluten free)
Desserts and coffee will be served at the after party around the reflection pool. Puppies and kittens will also be there to party with you!
